How do I Change My Card on File?

-- You can change your payment method through your customer portal! Please click this link for more info

How do I Update My Shipping Address?

-- You will need to update your address in both your account on our website and in your subscription customer portal. To get to your subscription customer portal, follow the link called "View Subscription", in the "Your Subscription was Accepted" email. You may also contact us, and we can update your address for you.

If I sign up for the Monthly Plan will it Renew Automatically?

-- Yes! Your card on file will automatically be charged between every 5th-9th of the Month

How is Shipping Calculated for the Yearly Plan?

-- Shipping is calculated for annual plans by taking the monthly cost and multiplying it by 12. You are charged for the whole year of shipping at sign up. 

Will the labels be PG-rated?

-- We have done our best to make sure that 99% of the labels will not contain profanities, etc. 

How many label designs each month?

-- We have made sure there will be at least 3 unique label designs each month. 

How do I get the Blurbs Binder?

-- If you signed up with us after our official ship date of January 10th 2023, please leave us a note at checkout to let us know you are a new subscriber! It will be included in your first order.

What if I want to submit a Label Idea?

-- We would love to hear it. Please send us an email through the Contact Us page!

 If I do not like the labels, may I Return them?

--Due to the nature of subscription model, there will be absolutely no refunds on items received unless it arrives missing or damaged. In those cases, we will provide a replacement or store credit.
